Neighborhood-Wide Strategies
From The Master Plan - Old Brooklyn Community Development Corporation
This Master Plan identifies a number of strategies that can be pursued to ensure the long-term health and stability of the Old Brooklyn and Brooklyn Centre neighborhoods. Accomplishing the goals identified for the neighborhoods will require the efforts of not only the Old Brooklyn Community Development Corporation, but also a commitment from the city of Cleveland, the Ward Council members, the local Civic Associations and Block Clubs, area institutions and finally residents and business owners.

Summary

Strategies that are location specific are discussed in Chapter 6 for specific opportunity sites identified by the OBCDC at the start of the planning process.
