Our Programs

We facilitate several programs in-house as well as having the connections necessary to help with any issues that arise.

  • An assessor will inspect the house and will provide the resident with the necessary upgrades, these include full replacement of gas range with an electric range, any and all electrical work needed to install the electric range, new ventilation hood (if needed), and EV vehicle charging port for your house.

Based on that inspection, the Program will determine the type of work necessary, which may include windows and/or the exterior of the home.

  • The applicant or an individual residing in the same household must have a medically diagnosed case of asthma. If a diagnosis is required, please contact your primary care physician for assistance.

  • The process can take from one (1) to four (4) months from application/enrollment to approval.
